Fill out the Request for Nanny form with detailed information about your childcare needs. Once we receive your form, we will confirm your details directly via email. At this time, we’ll also request your completion of a simple service agreement and a 30% deposit of our care connection fee, so we can begin our nanny search for you.
We begin personally reviewing your request and consulting with our nanny network directly for the best potential matches - no bots or algorithms here, only personal relationships.
Hopefully, you’ve found your perfect match, and we can finalize your nanny selection by collecting the remainder of the Care Connection fee (70%). As a reminder, all payment between nannies and families for childcare services is done directly with and independent of HVNN so that nannies receive their well-earned FULL pay.
Take your time in reaching out via email, phone, video chat, or in person with the nannies we’ve connected you with to discuss your needs and find the perfect match! It’s at this point we recommend discussing all mutual expectations and logistics with the potential nannies.
