Nanny Code of Conduct & Criteria
Professionalism
As a nanny in our network, you have had at least one professional childcare experience, and will include a letter of recommendation as a reference for both your application and to share with any interested clients. Nannies at HVNN treat this job as the most important job there is and understand that quality of care and trust in their experience is paramount.
Reliability
As a nanny in our network, you are available and able to work. If you are hired for a childcare opportunity by a family, you must be able to commit 100% (barring an emergency) to the agreed-upon period. Cancellations of interviews with client families or childcare opportunities may result in your removal from the network.
Punctuality
As a nanny in our network, you show up on-time to all childcare opportunities you are hired for and perform the duties agreed upon between you and the client family in a timely manner.
Kindness
As a nanny in our network, you are a genuine, good-natured individual who makes our client families and children feel comfortable and secure.
Responsibility
As a nanny in our network, your PRIMARY role during childcare opportunities is the care and safety of the children, adherence to this code of conduct, and the agreements made between you and the client family.
Clarity
As a nanny in our network, you communicate clearly and proactively with client families and with HVNN, as well as keep your CV up to date. You will be able to converse in the requested language with the client family (English is required).
